Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a store associate to help maintain a clean, safe environment across the store and assist customers with products and services. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, stock replenishment, and basic maintenance, using approved chemicals and Kohl's technology for team communication.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong customer service, and ability to adapt to busy retail shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies; reorder when low.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share with the store team.
• Support operations to receive, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
