Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by restocking as needed.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical use and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the team.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer help with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
