Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a store associate to help maintain a safe, clean store and deliver a great customer experience. You will perform daily cleaning, assist with stocking, and engage customers to help them find products while following Kohl's standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include using approved chemicals and equipment, restocking supplies, completing required training, and supporting omni-channel fulfillment when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards and methods.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety.
• Replenish supplies and manage inventory in preparation for use.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist with product receiving, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate customer service mindset and resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and manage multiple tasks.
