Marshalls seeks a dedicated associate to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment in Hobbs, NM. You will operate floor Care equipment, assist customers, and cross-train across store areas to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust and damp mop; sweep and vacuum; clean windows as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention policies; assist in other store areas as needed.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor to support store needs.
• Support Front End coverage and adhere to merchandising signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain a safe environment.
