• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment focusing on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and perform glass/window cleaning.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Respond to Front End coverage needs and support merchandising standards.
• Assist in store recovery and uphold company policies and shrink controls.
