Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a team-oriented associate to maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care. You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and window cleaning while upholding health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong attention to detail. Retail experience is a plus, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple store areas and contribute

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor equipment.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust surfaces.
• Follow health, safety and loss-prevention policies; assist across store areas as needed.
• Model customer experience best practices and support store culture.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates; participate in store recovery as needed.
