Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
