Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Cross‑trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Follow health and safety policies and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Support Front End coverage needs and store recovery as needed.
