The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate focused on floor care at TJ Maxx Cincinnati. You will operate a floor scrubber and buffer, mop, sweep, and maintain clean restrooms and sales floor, while following loss prevention and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the floor scrubber and buffer to maintain a clean store environment.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support business needs.
• Assist with Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Follow merchandising and signage standards and communicate with management.
