TJ Maxx in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking team members to maintain a clean store and support multiple areas as needed. You will operate scrubbers/buffers, perform floor care, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business.
• Adheres to all company policies concerning Health and Safety (includes the refilling of all essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End).
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
