Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Ring purchases/returns and handle cash per store procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the floor according to procedures.
• Support store recovery and safety initiatives throughout the day.
• Collaborate with team and cross-train to support business needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and adhere to all policies and laws.
