Job summary

UGI Energy Services, LLC in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Manager to lead the newly created Retail Choice Programs team. You will own program execution, LDC relationships, and pricing strategy, ensuring accurate flow orders and forecasts to support trading decisions.

The role requires building a skilled team, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and driving improvements across process and technology to minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/economics.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the Choice Program Operations team and develop execution processes.
• Build and train a team overseeing retail choice programs, tariffs, flow orders, and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of LDC retail choice rules and regulatory changes.
• Own pricing products and curves aligned with LDC rules.
• Forecast customer usage, capacity, and flow orders with accurate volumes.
• Oversee forecasting of asset-related costs and flow order management.
• Partner with Trading manager to guide strategy around virtual assets.
• Drive process and technology improvements to reduce risk and manual effort.
