Job summary

NCR Voyix Field Services is seeking a Field Service Technician in Rockford, IL to install, maintain, and service electromechanical systems for major retail clients. The role offers company vehicle, benefits, and a structured training program to ensure rapid skill development.

You will cover field calls, work rotating shifts, and travel within assigned territory, with overtime opportunities. Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Rockford, IL area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record for NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware/OS.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
