Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician in Chicago, IL to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory. You will travel as needed and respond promptly to service requests.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance), and strong mechanical aptitude. Company-provided vehicle and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
