Responsibilities

Provides high quality and efficient services to customer base adhering to all procedures and practices.
Promotes bank products and cross-selling opportunities.
Handles deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and payments according to policy.
Maintains accurate cash management and reconciles the cash fund.
Balances cash at end of shift and reports discrepancies.
Maintains logs and registers transactions per procedures.
Receives inquiries and refers to appropriate area when needed.
Reports suspicious activity to management.
