Starlink is seeking a Business Development Manager, Retail Channel to own and scale the Starlink retail channel across the United States and Canada. Based in Redmond, WA, you will manage relationships with big box and specialty retailers, lead distributor partnerships, and drive promotions, forecasting, and sell-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in business development or channel management in retail.
• 3+ years managing retail or distribution channels with forecasting, inventory, and promotions.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationships with big box and specialty retailers, aligning on assortment, pricing, promotions, and performance goals.
• Lead distributor relationships, including account planning and logistics coordination for the retail channel.
• Assist with inventory allocation and balance demand signals with supply constraints to optimize availability.
• Drive promotions development and execution with marketing and retail partners to accelerate activations.
• Support quarterly/annual forecasting and surface risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Streamline data processes and reporting to inform channel strategy and growth investments.
• Lead store expansion, new door openings, and in-store merchandising efforts.
• Drive activation rates for Starlink service kits sold through retail with cross-functional partners.
