Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Chief Financial Officer for our CAAS practice in Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on leading financial policy, budgeting, and strategic advisory for retail clients, with strong client management and project leadership expectations.

You will partner with client leadership, oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis, and coordinate audit activities across engagements within a collaborative CLA environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years relative work experience in Assistant Controller, Controller, or equivalent; Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set financial policy with client leadership and drive overall strategy.
• Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
• Monitor budgets and operational metrics; manage cash flow and forecasting.
• Coordinate audits and ensure proper financial recordkeeping.
