Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant accounting/financial experience required.
• Retail industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Controller for the designated clients you service.
• Consult and advise on accounting and finance best practices.
• Mentor staff and design back-office solutions for clients.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and recommendations.
• Prepare management reporting to Boards with understanding of financial results.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, directives, and current accounting standards.
