Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor with prior supervisory experience in retail or similar industries. The role includes day-to-day leadership, inventory handling, and customer relations across the full retail center.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; shifts may start as early as 7 am and end up to 10 pm. Pay is $20.32 per hour with Daily Pay eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred in retail, restaurant, hospitality or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retail center and address safety and customer issues.
• Coach staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily sales reporting.
• Count cash drawers and manage change between drawers and the safe.
• Assist with inventory processes and ensure accurate product flow.
• Maintain customer relations and serve as first escalation for complaints.
• Schedule coverage to ensure weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
