Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor with supervisory experience in retail or related industries. The Retail Center Shift Supervisor will lead daily operations of the center, ensuring safety, customer focus, product flow, and staff coaching.

This full-time role pays $21.31 per hour and requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Stores operate 9 am–9 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am–8 pm Sunday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years retail experience desired.
• Able to obtain pallet jack, walkie stacker, and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the retail center.
• Ensure safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics.
• Coach staff and manage open/close procedures.
• Oversee donations processing and daily sales workflow.
