Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for their Denver retail center. This full-time on-site role requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Daily pay and extensive benefits accompany the position, with opportunities for growth within the Retail division. The candidate will lead teams, manage opening/closing, verify daily sales reports, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Two years of retail experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and safety in the retail center.
• Lead and coach staff; manage opening/closing procedures and daily sales reports.
• Count drawers and handle cash with accuracy and accountability.
• Assist inventory processes and support E-Commerce movement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalations.
