Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a versatile Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in the Aurora center, ensuring safety, product flow, and excellent customer service. This full-time role requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts as early as 7 am and as late as 10 pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years retail experience desired.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the whole retail center and address safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics.
• Redirect staff to address call-offs and coaching with write-ups.
• Open/close procedures; verify daily sales report paperwork; count drawers; manage cash in/out of drawers and safe.
• Assist with inventory by counting, entering, and verifying.
