Job summary

Alabama Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Team Member to support day-to-day store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will handle cash register transactions, help with markdowns, visual merchandising, and maintain safety and cleanliness on the sales floor. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably previous retail and/or cashier work experience.
• Ability to operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Ability to greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Able to follow store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service on the sales floor.
• Stock shelves and rotate merchandise.
• Assist with mark-downs and display setups.
• Handle cash register operations and balance at end of shift.
