Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier (Front End Team Member) to provide fast, friendly service, process transactions, verify IDs, and promote our loyalty program. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate as needed.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and share product knowledge while maintaining store standards and complying with alcohol regulations. Training across wine, spirits, and beer is offered.

Qualifications

• : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• : Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• : Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Promote the loyalty program and upsell products.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience while sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
