Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our Beaver County MONACA store. You’ll help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining planograms, supporting BOPIS/SFS, and promoting rewards programs while upholding store standards and safety policies. Some evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and use a ladder to reach high shelves
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness to stay well-merchandised and in-stock
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact professionally and be a positive role model for teammates
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
