Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service at the front-end (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and related transactions.
• Process payments securely according to SOP and maintain accuracy.
• Keep Front-End areas clean, organized, and visually appealing to drive sales.
• Stay informed on promotions and direct customers to store areas or team members.
