Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in South Bend, IN to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help stock and clean the store to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. You will contribute to a safe, friendly store and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unload trucks and assist with restocking per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform general cleaning and restocking tasks in bathrooms and floors.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
