Job summary

Duchess is seeking a friendly Team Member to join the cashiers team at our store. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized while stock is managed and promotions are explained.

FT & PT opportunities are available; prior retail/food service experience is a plus but not required. We value comfort with modern tools, readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to match our 24/7 locations.

Qualifications

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with technology—modern tools to make work easier.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program with best prices and offers.
