Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as full-time retail associates. You’ll welcome customers, process transactions with modern POS systems, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You’ll stock shelves, manage inventory, and follow safety regulations to ensure a great customer experience. We offer flexible scheduling, career growth, health and dental benefits, and weekly pay. Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Other duties as assigned may include standing/walking for 8+ hours and lifting as required
