Duchess is hiring for a Cashier - Duchess Team Member at multiple locations. This role involves greeting customers, handling transactions, and keeping the store tidy and stocked. You will work with modern POS tools and help customers find items while promoting loyalty rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
