Job summary

Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated team members for cashier roles in our retail locations. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked.

Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but we welcome newcomers who are comfortable with technology and teamwork. We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k matching, weekly pay, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards—our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
