Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and interaction.
• Adhere to operating standards for labor, merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in store recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; participate in shrink reduction programs.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
