Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, assist on sales floor, answer phones professionally.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and balance register.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with management support.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with team members and leadership.
• Follow safe work practices and keep work areas hazard-free.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Protect assets from theft or damage, report incidents.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
