Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, or durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a two-year college degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and empathy skills to support patients and caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and help them locate durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate equipment, educate patients on use and basic troubleshooting.
• Enter patient information and orders into EMR and ordering platforms with accuracy.
• Verify insurance information, review prescriptions, and understand coverage requirements.
• Coordinate orders and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
