Health System Services seeks a Care Coordinator – Retail to welcome patients in our Niagara Falls location, demonstrate durable medical equipment, and guide them through insurance coverage and orders. You will support sales, document accurately in EMR, and coordinate with physicians and hospitals.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and help them find DME and supplies.
• Demonstrate equipment, educate patients on use and troubleshooting.
• Measure and fit patients for equipment to ensure proper sizing.
• Verify insurance information and benefits; review prescriptions.
• Answer calls, emails, and follow up with patients.
• Maintain relationships for ongoing equipment needs and reorders.
• Support sales by providing product knowledge and processing retail sales.
• Enter patient orders into EMR and other systems with accuracy.
• Communicate prescriptions and orders with physicians and hospitals.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure quality patient care.
• Deliver EPIC service with empathy, integrity, and commitment.
