Job summary

Dasco HME LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to support branch operations, process patient orders, coordinate timely equipment delivery, and educate patients on options and insurance coverage. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, plus six months of healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service experience. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six months' experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for patients and referrals with accurate order processing and delivery.
• Prepare orders for billing.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person and explain options.
• Support branch operations: inventory, records, compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the branch manager.
