Job summary

Hertz-1 is seeking an Retail Sales Processor to handle incoming deals from car sales locations and ensure state compliance and Hertz documentation. You will record processing stages in Advent for reporting and manage title work, lender coordination, and file handling.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work across multiple systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a team-oriented approach are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous office administration and document processing experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a web-based environment and utilizing multiple systems and applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming deals from car sales locations and record all processing steps in Advent for reporting.
• Maintain detailed records of processing stages and deal documentation in Advent.
• Process titles for trade-ins, submit title work to CT Services, and assist with auction transactions.
• Research titles and verify deals are booked and funded with lenders.
• Allocate bank fees, dealer reserves, document fees, and state fees to transactions.
• Review bank statements to verify funds and proper allocation.
• Communicate daily with dealership locations to follow up on missing documents and items.
• Audit assigned deals for completeness and compliance with company requirements.
• Track and manage FedEx shipments.
• Coordinate with scanning department to ensure deals are scanned and updated in FileNet and Advent.
