Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Retail Sales Processor in Oklahoma City to manage document processing for retail vehicle deals and ensure compliance with Hertz documents across states. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with Advent CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Office administration and document processing experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming deals and ensure accurate recording in Advent CRM for management reporting.
• Maintain detailed records of processing stages and deal documentation in Advent.
• Handle title work and related duties across states; assist with auction transactions and title issues.
• Coordinate with lenders to verify deals are booked and funded.
• Allocate bank fees, dealer reserves, document fees, and state fees to transactions.
• Review bank statements to verify funds and proper allocation.
• Communicate daily with dealership locations to obtain missing documentation.
• Review and audit assigned deals for completeness and compliance with requirements.
• Track and manage FedEx shipments and ensure proper handling.
• Collaborate with scanning department to ensure deals are scanned and updated in FileNet and Advent.
