Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process while delivering superior customer service. You will support lot operations, omni-channel sales, and CRM activity to sustain high NPS scores and strong paperwork quality.

You will also help with vehicle photography, transporting cars, and ensuring incoming inventory is checked in, contributing to a seamless customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; car sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate and transport vehicles.
• Demonstrates goal orientation and data-driven performance awareness.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales and finance process with customers.
• Achieves monthly sales targets and maintains CRM output.
• Supports lot operations, vehicle photography, and merchandising.
• Delivers cars to partner hubs and supports the finance process.
• Maintains paperwork quality and recovers missing documents.
