Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life through authentic conversations and curated style. You’ll help customers shop, stay on-trend, and provide a fun, welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, restocking displays, using in-store tech to support shopping, and collaborating with the team to maintain an on-brand, organized sales floor. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to engage customers with authentic conversations.
• Comfort with fast-moving store environments.
• Interest in fashion and pop culture.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
