Avocado Green Mattress in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Retail Brand Experience Associate to deliver outstanding customer service on-site. The role combines in-person sales, digital engagement, and events support, with compensation including an hourly rate and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.

• Must be comfortable taking phone and video appointments.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

**THE ROLE**Avocado is currently looking for a **FULL-TIME** Retail Brand Experience Associate to be part of our team in Bellevue**, WA**!This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay. We offer competitive pay plus monthly bonus!* *Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in ,WA.
