Avocado Green Brands seeks a FULL-TIME Retail Brand Experience Associate in Fullerton, CA to join our on-site team. This non-exempt role offers hourly pay and a potential monthly bonus, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales KPIs.

You will engage in in-person and digital sales, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize operations. Weekend/holiday availability and a proactive, friendly attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs with team or independently.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on all procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve processes.
• Collaborate with customer experience, production, and logistics to reduce returns.
• Support in in-store and digital sales activities and events.
