Job summary

Carhartt in Lexington, KY is hiring for a Retail Location role in the D2C department. This on-site position reports to the Store Leader and carries a pay range of $15-$18 per hour. You will promote the brand, deliver the ultimate retail experience, and ensure product is displayed to standard through Visual Merchandising.

Collaboration, communication, and strong organization are essential. The role requires standing, occasional lifting, and may involve up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide a genuine consumer connection by delivering exceptional experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized, while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Engage with the team by contributing in positive and collaborative ways, bringing your best to work each day.
• Participate in performance and talent management processes with a proactive focus on growth.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, including adherence to policies.
• Work as a team to achieve store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
