Carhartt is seeking an on-site Retail Associate in our D2C department to deliver the ultimate consumer experience at our retail location. You will promote the brand, maintain visual standards, and work with a collaborative team to meet store revenue goals.

This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and comfort with POS systems; prior retail experience is preferred. National travel is up to 5% and the position supports on-site operations.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Promote the Carhartt brand as an ambassador and align with company mission and values.
• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine consumer connections with engaging, efficient, and personalized service while sharing the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is displayed properly.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute positively to daily operations.
• Support performance and talent processes, welcoming development and feedback for growth.
• Uphold operational standards and safety, following company policies.
• Work as a team to meet and exceed store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by exceeding consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
• Assist Store Leaders with growing brand awareness in the community.
