You will execute visual merchandising standards and work with the team to meet revenue goals while embodying our values. Prior retail experience preferred, with POS systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide a genuine consumer connection by delivering exceptional, engaging experiences and tell the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure proper product display.
• Engage with the team to contribute positively and collaboratively.
• Participate in performance and talent development processes with a focus on growth.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and safety policies.
• Work as a team to achieve/exceed store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
• Assist leadership with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
