Carhartt is seeking a dedicated retail associate to join our D2C team in a on-site retail location. You will promote the Carhartt brand, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards across the store.

You will engage with customers, drive sales, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals while supporting community events and brand growth. Prior retail experience and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine consumer connections through personalized, engaging service and Carhartt storytelling.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure proper product display.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute positively and bring your best to work.
• Support leadership with operating standards and safe work practices.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by meeting consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events and brand growth in the community.
