Job summary

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent Will Fix It inside major home improvement retail locations, introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.

You will start friendly conversations with shoppers, explain how ARS helps homeowners with heating, cooling, and comfort improvements, and offer a free in-home consultation.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers in a retail environment.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to assigned location.
• Availability for weekends and some holidays.
• Professional appearance suitable for a retail setting.
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned retail location.
• Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.
• Professional appearance suitable for a retail environment.
• Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.
