Job summary

Mascoma Bank is seeking a First Line Testing Analyst to support Retail First Line Risk testing across the Retail Branch Network. You will review processes for self-identified risks and perform branch inspections, collaborating with the First Line Risk Manager to prepare reports on inspections completed.

You will help minimize operational risk by improving business processes, developing quality standards, policies, and procedures, and participating in product release testing as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail banking experience.
• Full knowledge of bank products.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Willing to travel to all branch locations; Driver’s license required.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Inspect retail branch offices and perform risk testing.
• Develop scripts and prepare reports identifying findings and resolutions.
• Review policies, procedures and programs for self-identified risks.
• Collaborate with risk managers and team leads on data collection and reporting.
• Contribute to improvement plans and end-to-end workflow development.
• Present findings to Retail Banking Leadership and stakeholders.
• Support ongoing product release testing and change management.
