Job summary

Mascoma Bank is seeking a First Line Testing Analyst to support Retail First Line Risk testing and inspect branch processes. You will partner with the First Line Risk Manager to collect data and prepare reports on inspections across the Branch Network, driving continuous improvement of controls and procedures.

You will develop checkout scripts, analyze findings, and collaborate with stakeholders for effective change management while traveling to branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Retail Banking experience.
• Full knowledge of bank products.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present material.
• Willingness to travel to all branch locations; Driver's License required.
• Confidentiality and privacy; professional appearance per MB policy.

Responsibilities

• Inspections of all retail branch banking offices in the network.
• Understand retail policies, procedures, programs and objectives.
• Execute branch inspection scripts, prepare reports with findings and resolutions.
• Engage in ongoing learning of products, services and systems for customer experience.
• Perform testing scripts across Retail Branch Network and Deposit Operations; report findings.
• Support core product release testing as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and strengthen controls.
• Present findings to Retail Banking Leadership.
