Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of successful experience as supervisor / manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business with active day-to-day involvement.
• Lead and coach store staff to align with company vision.
• Set clear goals for sales team and monitor performance.
• Oversee the sales process, inventory and warranty.
• Conduct weekly training and one-on-ones with staff.
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies to improve performance.
• Manage branch operations to meet forecasts and objectives.
